These wild and wonderful creative  workshops use colour, painting, music and dance to set the ‘wild child’ in you free and make you feel like a kid again.

Rip the bandaid off the resistance that says, “I haven’t got a creative bone in my body” (don’t worry, it won’t hurt). This is process-oriented, not results-oriented spontaneous play at its best; intuitively driven from the heart, not the head, which means stepping outside the boundaries of control (for all us control freaks out there). Also ideal for artists whose creative motivation has been a tad constipated, and in need of a kick-start.

You will learn to:

• birth your own signature h’art work.
• feel more bold, gutsy, playful and adventurous both in your artistic endeavours, and in other areas of your life as well.
• Lego your ego – you will become aware of what holds you back in life, ‘cause this stuff shows up ‘big time’ in your artwork, (ie. The Perfectionist). ‘How you do anything is how you do everything’, they say.

Participants may experience a heightened sense of lightheartedness and freedom of expression. Initial anxiety coming in from the ‘creative cold’ is common, but quickly appeased once the kid inside is coaxed out through your instructor, Lois Lenarduzzi, whose personality is on the sweet side of wacky.

Daytime, evening and weekend creative workshops are held in Lois’s home studio in Brooklin, Ontario several times a year.
